From the Chairman
Dear Sponsors and Friends,
The mission of the Iota Phi Foundation is to improve the quality of life of people in the City of Pittsburgh, focusing on the Homewood and Larimar communities in particular. Our emphasis over the past 25 years has been to provide education programs and mentoring to underrepresented minority youth, scholarships for college education, financial literacy and other education programs for families, and to provide uplift during the holidays with a special focus on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our partners in these endeavors have included NEED, UPMC, GIANT EAGLE, KBK, Highmark and many others.
For the next three years, we would like to increase our outreach significantly by implementing a major campaign to raise $250,000. The money would be allocated to increase the number of student scholarships, establish a new Scholarship Endowment Fund, and to increase the number of beneficiaries of our programs that support the youth and families in our local communities. To make our campaign successful, we are soliciting funds from corporations, foundations and other sources.
Like the Iota Phi Foundation, we know our sponsors desire to give back to local communities in a variety of ways. In that regard, we would appreciate your support of our upcoming campaign.
Below are the details concerning our recurring Program Funding Campaign sponsorship levels:
- $50,000 - Gold Medal: Banner with your name and logo on our website and printed brochure. Name as presenting sponsor on a major event (Achievement Awards Dinner, Talent Hunt, Golf Outing, Christmas or Thanksgiving Drives)
- $25,000 - Purple Medal: Banner with your name and logo on our website and printed brochure. Co-sponsorship of a major Iota Phi Foundation event
- $10,000 - Bronze Medal: Acknowledgment on printed materials of the Iota Phi Foundation

Yours in service,
Eric Anderson, Chairman
